Fognini vs Zverev – Live

In America, Fabio Fognini vs Alexander Zverev live streaming is being shown on FuboTV. French Open live streaming is available on the Tennis Channel and NBC.

Both Fabio Fognini and Alexander Zverev will seek to match their career best run at a slam on Monday, facing off for a spot in the quarter finals of the French Open. While both men are very competent on the clay, it will still be a tough ask for the winner to bet that run with Novak Djokovic likely awaiting in the next round.

What was I just saying about potential roller-coasters and marathons? This afternoon Chatrier showcase has both of those things written all over it. Or does it? Thiem has won all four of his previous meetings with Monfils, including two on clay. However long it lasts, though, the Frenchman and the Austrian should provide plenty of power, plenty of topspin, plenty of leaping, and plenty of GIF-able shotmaking moments. Each of these guys loves nothing more than to stand at the back of the arena and wail on the ball, and Chatrier gives them more room than just about any other court in the world to do it. Monfils will probably get the home folks’ hopes up for at least set, if not two, but Thiem will probably crush them in the end. Winner: Thiem

Fabio Fognini and Alexander Zverev will clash against each other in the 4th round of the French Open for the 4th time of their career. They are scheduled to compete on Monday at 1 pm (est) on Court Suzanne LENGLEN .

Winning all those tight matches in Geneva hardened him for the battle ahead, as he has had to call on that match toughness to get through the first week at Roland Garros. There was one comprehensive straight-sets win over Mikael Ymer in the second round, but either side of that, Zverev needed five sets to get past John Millman and Dusan Lajovic.

While his battling qualities are admirable, the fact that he let slip two-set leads in both matches will be a cause for worry. Another big cause for concern is his serve- one of his key weapons- which has already coughed a staggering 31 double faults in just three matches.
